Huawei Vision will hit the ‘selected mobile markets’ from next month most probably including the UK.
Well, it is not confirmed that surely it will or not. But is for sure that company’s first own-brand handset viz Huawei Blaze will reach the UK mobile industry in September.
Talking to Bloomberg, Huawei’s UK executive VP Mark Mitchinson stated that we are trying our best to compete with mobile making companies involved in Android. Also, we are working to establish the brand and expected to get at least 4 or 5 % share of smartphone market in 2011.
It will reach the UK mobile stores in the month of September. It will run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and flaunts a 3.2-inch touch-screen. It is reported that it will price as low as £100. It seems that this low-price tagged handset will appeal people of every economical class.
Well, it is not clear that whether it will make the strong position in the souk or not. But with the right action at the right time, Huawei will be able to make special place in the UK. After all, it is the fifth largest supplier of Android smartphones in the world.
